  • How do I book an appointment?

    All appointments can be booked directly through the website. Once you select your desired service, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all details, including preparation tips and location information. Please note that appointments are not secured until your deposit is received.

  • Do you travel for makeup appointments, and is there a travel fee?

    Yes — I offer both in-studio and on-location makeup services. Travel fees vary based on distance and will be calculated at the time of booking. Destination and out-of-state bookings are welcomed with advance notice.

  • Do you require a deposit to secure my date?

    Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your appointment. This ensures your time slot is exclusively held for you and is applied toward your total balance due on the day of service.

  • How should I prep my skin before my makeup appointment?

    For the best results, please arrive with a clean, lightly moisturized face free of makeup or residue. Lightly exfoliate the night before, hydrate well, and avoid any new skincare treatments (like facials or waxing) within 48 hours of your appointment.

    Any unwanted hair can be exfoliated either before your appointment date or added on as an additional service.

  • What if I have sensitive skin or allergies?

    Your comfort and safety are always a priority. Please share any allergies or sensitivities during booking or consultation. I use high-quality, professional-grade products suitable for a range of skin types, and I can tailor your kit to ensure a safe, flawless experience.

  • Do you offer bridal or group packages?

    Yes. I offer custom bridal and event packages that can include reservation sessions, bridal party services, and touch-up options. Packages are designed to fit your vision and schedule — please inquire for bridal under the “Bridal” tab in the menu options & group bookings under “Contact” tab in the menu options for a tailored quote.

  • What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

    To ensure every client receives the dedicated time and care they deserve, all appointments require a non-refundable retainer of 25% of the service to secure your date. If you need to reschedule, please allow for at least 48 hours’ of notice so your appointment can be adjusted without forfeiting your deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours or missed appointments will result in the loss of your retainer.

  • Will you take photos or videos during the appointment?

    When booking your appointment, the option to either opt in or out of photo/video recording is available. Please feel free to choose either option based on your comfort level of being posted online for marketing purposes.

  • How should I prepare for my waxing appointment?

    Arrive with clean, exfoliated skin and avoid applying lotions, oils, or heavy creams the day of your appointment. Light exfoliation 24 hours before helps remove dead skin cells and allows the wax to adhere more effectively. Avoid caffeine and alcohol beforehand, as they can make skin more sensitive.
